I added my network Ip and downloaded the DNS updater software and choose my filter
but how all this will affect my router DNS settings ???
I already put 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 in DHCP Server Fields
and restart my router but it didn't work as a filter
I mean what is the next step to get the Opendns filter works through my router with the ability of customize filters, that's why I made an account for OpenDNS Home.
Thanks

It looks like you did it right, and it should work. What exact router model do you have? Why did you configure OpenDNS on the DHCP/LAN side, not on the WAN side? Can you post a screen shot of this page?
Are you using OpenDNS now? Check it at http://welcome.opendns.com/
Did you flush your caches once after the settings change? https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227988627

Thank you for you reply @rotblitz
In WAN side I have no DNS fields, I always use the DNS Filter addresses in LAN side.
After using the (Custom) filter option it works fine ... I tried before the ready made options ( High, Mid and Low ) but it didn't work.
I don't know if it is a lucky strike or it is recommended to use the (custom ) option.
Can you tell me how can use the DNS updater software on my android mob.
Thanks a lot

"I tried before the ready made options ( High, Mid and Low ) but it didn't work."
Weird. These levels probably did not cover the categories you wanted to block. You may have caught these categories with the custom filtering now. Or your IP address was not registered at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ at this time.

You should not run such software on roaming devices, because they might update the IP address information from locations you don't want to register, and your home network loses its settings then. If you use this device only at home, then you download an updater app from the Play Store:
https://play.google.com/store/search?q=dynamic%20dns%20update&c=apps
The app must support at least one of OpenDNS, DNS-O-Matic or "user defined / custom".
Or you update with the browser (Chrome) using this URL as a bookmark:

I think the main problem is the time required for setup changes to make effect...
The update URL is very useful
Thank you for your kind reply

If you flush your local caches once after a settings change, there will be no delay.
