I configured computer, OpenDNS not blocking content

I am in a hotel using their Wifi system.  I have Windows 7 and have followed your directions - I have gone to the Network and Sharing centre, clicked on the network I am using and under Internet Protocol Version 4, I have entered the OpenDNS servers under Properties.  I have rebooted my computer - but sites are not being blocked.  Can you help ?

OpenDNS Home is for networks you own, not for your devices in other networks.  That said, it is likely that OpenDNS Home does not work for you if using other's networks.
