"Hi, I am getting a 'Network already exists' error when adding my network. My current IP address is being used by an old account that I no longer have access to. Please help me release this IP address so I can add it to my new account. Thank you."

Hello @ioss
If your ISP assigns dynamic IP addresses, the easiest solution is to force your ISP router/modem to grab a new public IP:
1) Unplug your modem/router for 10–15 minutes (or perform a WAN IP Release/Renew in your router's admin panel).
2) Plug it back in to pull a fresh IP from your ISP.
3) Add the new IP address to your new OpenDNS dashboard.
For Static IPs you cannot remove an active IP mapping from an inaccessible account yourself.
Submit a request at OpenDNS Support.

Select "Network Already Exists" as the issue type.
