IP verification email is empty

After adding a new network, its IP address is pending verification.
To verify, I need to go to the URL that is included in the confirmation/verification email. Problem is, the email is empty. I have tried multiple times, each time I receive an empty email, so cannot verify the network. Any ideas anyone?

Hello,

Please create a support request. In that request we will need to get your external IP address. You can get this by visiting the site myip.dnsomatic.com.
Please screen capture the result and send this to us.

Thank You,

I've submitted a few support tickets on this. No one seems to care.

I just uninstalled the opendns updater - as it doesn't work - and it sent me to a feedback page, as uninstallers often do, that gets a 404 error.

Opendns seems to be going downhill fast, I keep finding things that no longer work.

That doesn't relate to my comments.

On the ip verification email empty issue, I got a reply from support!!:

"Hello,

Yes there is a problem currently occurring with network verification emails.
Our engineering team is looking into this but currently there is no ETA for when this issue will be resolved.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know!"

I have raised the support request, attached the screenshot with the ip address as instructed, and a couple of days later the ip address had been verified by the support team. So, problem solved.

A couple of improvement suggestions. Fix the "empty email" issue rather than asking everyone to raise a support ticket. And I can't for the life of me figure out anymore how to find or access my support request so won't be able to close it.

Hello,

When a support request is opened and responded to you should receive a email with an update on what has been done.
