I switched to a new internet provider a while back and got new wireless router/modem. I recently realized that my OpenDNS settings were not applying to the new internet, so I tried to add this new network to my account. When things weren't working the way they should (I'm still not sure why), I deleted the networks that were attached to my account and tried to re-add them and start over fresh.
However, now when I try to add a network using my IP address, it says "Network already exists." All of the answers in this community seem to be BEFORE August 1st, 2025, when OpenDNS moved to a community-based support model, and the email address those answers tell you to contact is no longer be monitored.
So does anyone out there know how to fix this issue now that OpenDNS has transitioned away from direct support services?
