When i try and add my network using the IP that opendns says im on, it says: Network already exists.
Im guessing this is because my broadband provider (like most) is on DHCP and it's from someone else and never got released. Can it please be released by someone at OpenDNS ?
The only reason im trying to add my network is to add bespoke filters that block adult sites but ALLOW YOUTUBE as in the last few weeks, the standard DNS servers im using (208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123) seem to now be blocking youtube.
Thanks for your help !

gDay @JJ1945 that usually happens when your ISP’s public IP is shared or recently reassigned. U’ll need to open a ticket with OpenDNS support and ask them to release or transfer that IP from the previous account. Once it’s cleared, u can re-add it and set ur custom filters...
hope it helps..

Thanks Enes,
How do you open a support ticket with OpenDNS ? I thought that they got rid of support and only have forums now ?
Thanks !
