Network Already Exists

Hello, I am trying to add a network to opendns and keep getting the network already exists error and all efforts to contact support lead here. I have never created an opendns account before so I have never registered my network. I dont know how to get the ip released so it can be added to my account now. Any help with this issue or knowledge on how to submit a support ticket would be great
