When I go to view domains it only shows me the first domain on the list. It used to show me all domains. How do I fix this to see all the domains again on the list?

Hello,

I have been advised by the Engineering team that they have successfully identified and addressed the underlying cause and that the problem should be resolved.

However, if you're still encountering any issue accessing your OpenDNS dashboard, please create a support request so we can troubleshoot the problem.

Identical issue as before - was working yesterday and back to showing a single domain.

I am experiencing the same issue.
Only first item is showing in the list / stats page.
However, when i hit the download as csv, i see the full details of loads of domains.

I have same issue and made a ticket. Minaz Amarshi has sent me an email saying nothing is wrong. There is something obviously wrong. Not mad at him but irked he can’t see there is an issue as other people are reporting. Thanks…perhaps Reg Ham can assist

In addition, by creating a support request we can have the engineers look into this problem if we need to escalate the problem.

Thanks

I have created a ticket early this morning. I’m being told no issues. Clearing cache does not fix (as others have noted as well). Thanks for your response. I’m sure someone will figure it out since it just happened on 7/11 and again today. Thanks!

Just an update for Reg Ham - clear cache does not fix!

I tried using Brave, Chrome e Edge (PC) - same problem

I tried using Brave, Chrome and Safari (Iphone) - same problem.

And rabbitholeweb1 told that opened a ticket and Minaz Amarshi said that there is no problem at all ...

I'll keeping using the CSV file (that is correct) and hope that someone sees that we have a problem.
