2. Correct IP address registered?  https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
3. Logs and stats enabled at the dashboard?  Stats visited during the last 2 weeks?

From the 80 millions of users I would say several 100s have this problem...
If you want, you can calculate the percentage...
You'll end up with something like 0.0000826%...
