I haven't (knowingly) changed any settings. Nevertheless, OpenDNS suddenly stopped filtering. It is set up on my router, so I unplugged and reset the modem and router. That seems to have fixed the problem on the one PC that is directly connected to the router by Ethernet cable. However, OpenDNS is not filtering for any device that accesses the internet through the router by WiFi, even after I flush the DNS cache through those devices.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is diagnostic info (run from the PC that is connected directly to the router by Ethernet):

Well, you must use OpenDNS, not Charter's DNSv6 service:
Server: rns01.charter.com
Address: 2607:f428:ffff:ffff::1
You do not expect Charter to do OpenDNS' job for you?
Also, you should write commands very accurately (txt, not text).
C:\WINDOWS\system32>nslookup -type=text which.opendns.com
unknown query type: text
