"Change Password" is not working

I'm trying to change my password on OpenDNS. But I keep getting a "Existing password is incorrect" error.

I know for a fact that I'm using the correct password, because I logged out and logged back in to double check...

This issue has persisted for the past week, I've tried every few days now... What is going on?

I am having the same problem. What is the resolution to this? I really need to change my password.

Anyone have any insight in this? We need to be able to change passwords.

Anything on this? Someone reached out to me asking for my email but then I never heard anything back after that.

Is anyone ever going to be able to help with this? Support has asked me for my email twice, I sent it to them and then nothing after that. I need to change my password.

Are we assuming that this is no longer a concern for Cisco, and that it is just going to be ignored?

@reham1 I'm NOT trying to reset my password, I'm trying to CHANGE my password.  Every time I try to change my password, it's say "existing password is incorrect". This has been a problem for months now...

The link supplied should allow you to change the password without knowing or the system not accepting your previous password.
