Hello,
I'm sharing a problem I've had this week with several Chromebooks managed through Google Workspace, in case anyone else has experienced something similar.

The symptom: Users could log in to the Chromebook successfully, but when trying to access Google apps (Drive, Gmail, etc.), it would ask them to log in again. When trying to add the account again, the message "the account already exists on the device" appeared, creating an unsolvable loop. Even trying to log in to the Chromebook wouldn't work. If I remove the OpenDNS DNS settings, the error is resolved. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
