Using OpenDNS ? No

 Hey
I have some trouble with configurating the DNS on my router.
I did all the same as in the tutorial and I think nothing works for me.
I will send you a picture of my confugurations. The test always say that I'm not using OpenDNS yet.
What can be the problem ?
Thanks for Your help.support.opendns.com_hc_user_images_SJe1E-l9o6FXy5hIBXzgkQ.png

uncheck or disable dhcp relay. Did you reset your modem? do a hard reset that's usually done by pressing a button at your modem/router for a period of time, then after that open command prompt "cmd" then type "ipconfig /release" then type "ipconfig /renew" then "ipconfig /flushdns" don't add the "

I hope you get it.

Okay I understood. If i hard reset my modem, isn't it going to loose all the settings ? I mean i will have to reconfigure the rooter, won't I ?

Don't hard reset your router for now.  It may not be due to your router.

I see that you configured OpenDNS on the router and on the computer.  Why this?  Configuring on the router should be sufficient.

Copy & paste the complete plain text outputs of the following diagnostic commands to here:

nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
nslookup whoami.akamai.net.

I don't know what is happening. Once it says I use OpenDNS and all is functioning, but once it says I DO NOT use OpenDNS and nothing works... It switches from a minute to another.
I tried to copy & pase lines above.

Maybe there is something wrong with the IP configurations ?

Who can tell without seeing the command outputs?

In addition I would need to see the output of:

netsh interface ipv4 show config (for Windows)
ifconfig -all (for Linux and OS X)

You’re using your ISP’s DNSv6 service instead of OpenDNS. Configure IPv6 with ::ffff:d043:dedc and ::ffff:d043:dcde
