CSCC tool not updated.

Hello,

Could anybody answer to me?

We initially bought CUCM 8.x and its service license. (let's say, LIC-UWL-APAC.)

Someday we migrated to CUCM 9.x. but its service license hasn't updated on CSCC.

LIC-UWL-APAC, before CUCM 8.x and older, is UCL Enhanced Plus after CUCM 9.x and older.

When I look up contract 9395xxxx on CSCC, its still LIC-UWL-APAC, I think this should also migrated to UCL Enhanced Plus (like LIC-UCM-LIC-KP).

After UCL Enhanced Plus shows, I would renew(means buy) its service contract expand. (But now we can't as per the above issue.)

I opened some cases, but It always route to Licensing team, so they can't answer.

Is anyone experenced same issue?

Or does anyone know where I should ask? (email or opening case category.)
