We have an X-employee whom we have copied their old Configuration Sets we needed, but I would like to clean up our views by deleting their old Configuration Sets. I am the admin for our companies account but don't see a way. Thanks for your help in this matter.

Hi Robert,

Thank you for bringing this concern to us.

In order to delete or clean up your configurations, kindly go to your CCW homepage, and under your Configurations section, click on "Manage Items", then select all the configurations that you wish to delete, and click on "delete" button.

For further assistance, you may call Cisco CCW SUpport Team at 1800-553-6387 opt.2 and 3 or open a case by following this link: http://www.cisco.com/cisco/psn/web/workspace.

Thanks Again,

Jen C.

Hi,

Jen's answer does not work for shared configs.

So if you are not the creator of the config, you are not allowed to delete.

You can not even remove or hide the shared config from your config list
