Hello,
I built a CCW order for 'Drive to 9' for a customer with active UCSS upgrading from 6.1 to 9.1 and I will use the License 'bump up' for 264 existing users. Where UCL becomes BE-UWL.
I am also adding 209 new BE-UWL licenses in the same project.
Notice what CCW does. It groups the UCSS for both components together. This is a problem since ONLY to Drive to 9 Upgrade existing users wiill get the 78% off UCSS purchased at 5 years.
The net new users I am adding wont enjoy the discount, so I will want to keep that as 3 years.
CCW doesnt allow this.

Hi Steven,
Please be informed that if a customer is adding new users at the same level as the bump up of existing users, Cisco Approval Team will allow the 5 year offer to be applied to those new users as well. That way, the UCSS team stays consistent and it encourages the customer to buy additional new users.
If you need further assistance on this, you may send an e-mail at ask-drive-to-9@cisco.com.
Thanks and Regards,
