We have cisco telepresence vcs control installed in BE6K as VM. This VCS is license is activated with the PAK received along with BE6K bundle. Now I need to renew the service contract for this VM VCS software for support. In CSCC I have selected hardware level as "none" and software service level as "ECMU" . And request price using virtual machine 8 digit serial number . The product identified as LIC-SW-VMVCS-K9 but the service renewal price is 0 USD. I can validate the serial number in cisco telepresence license page. Please let me know what is the correct procedure to renew the service for this.
