Sorting items in CCW configuration tool

Is it possible to change order of items in configuration, like moving items up and down?

If not, please add this feature.

Thank you for bringing this concern to us.

You can arrange the sequence of your configuration under the quote by going to QUOTE  TAB >> DISCOUNTS & CREDITS >> FORMAT QUOTE >>  then drag the line items and arrange it according to your preference.

Hi Jenny,

The problem is when you create a "new Configuration" and not in "Deals". Sometimes I have to rearrange the product (e.g. moving the third item to be number 2). This is a very desired feature since we sometimes need to add products related to others after finishing the configuration.

Please let me know if this feature exists.

Thank you for bringing this concern to us.

Sorting items in a configuration is not possible as of the moment, as it has to be inside a deal.

Also, this feature has been raised with our IT Team already and they are working with CCE Development Team to get this fixed.
