first /last name of config creator + end customer info in report header

Hi, I'm working on a custom template to be used in the "CCW configuration module", all works fine so far, but... only a very variable set are available.

I need to put "end customer info" in the report header and the name (first name, last name, phone, etc..) of who has exported the config. How can I do that ?

One last thing, a feature request in fact, we use to group items per system/category, like all phones under the general label "PHONES", to help cutomer to understand the BoM. this label has to be editable by the ccw user. Can you add this in the next CCW release ?

Thank  you for bringing this to our attention. I have reviewed  your request  and for now we suggest that you open a case with the CCW  Support Team, so we can also check with our IT Team if this is a bug or an enhancement issue. Either  create a case online at http://www.cisco.com/cisco/psn/web/workspace or by calling 1-800-553-6387 options 2 and 3.

If this is your first time to open a case using Customer Service Central, you will need to sign in to your My Cisco Workspace (http://www.cisco.com/cisco/psn/web/workspace)   and then add the Customer Service Central module to your Workspace to   open and manage your cases online.
