CCW API integration with external distributor systems

Hello, team.

I'm representative of Cisco distributor.

We want to improve the quality of our process of creating  Cisco BOM's.

As I see it can be realized by creating some API integration.

it would be great if somebody from this community shares their experience with this question.

Result that we want to see, it's a system (platform can be discussed) that can generate BOM's on basis of all information from CCW (prices, promo, discounts and etc.)

We at StrataVAR have a lot of experience in this area, being involved for more than 20 years building integrated tools for Cisco Partners.

The answer to your question is a bit more complex than a simple reply in this forum, as it depends on overall business functionality, your access rights too CCW API etc.

In general:

Cisco provides several useful sets of API accessing CCW.

However, CCW is not actually one system, and the APIs reflect the underlying subsystems. 

1. Estimates - a rich set of API to manage the list, download and upload of Estimates.

2. Deal Reg - limited to retrieve only 

3. CCW-R Quotes - limited to retrieve

4. Sales Order Status - limited to tier-1 partners only
