I have CCO account ,and company is cisco partner, but I cannot access CCW Estimate, why?

Hi,

I have CCO account ,and company is Cisco partner, but I cannot access CCW Estimate, why? The message is " your are not authorized to access Estimate" when I finish the configuration. Please advise, thanks.

The Service Contracts are not associated to your CCO login.

Please ensure you are associated to your partner company in PSS. If you still have issues, please open a case with Cisco Customer Service.
