Hi, a dumb question i'm logged into the shelf remotly via CTC, I have the shelf view but cannot find how to open the menu

To Open the Menu in Shelf View:
Right-click anywhere on the blank (white or gray) space in the Shelf View (outside of the card slots).

This should bring up a context menu with options like:

Provisioning

Inventory

Maintenance

View

Alarms

If right-click doesn’t work, try:

Clicking the top menu bar, depending on your CTC version (older versions sometimes auto-hide or collapse this).

Use the dropdown in the upper-right corner (or upper-left on older versions):

Look for a dropdown selector with options like:

Network View

Node View

Shelf View

Switch to Node View or Network View, which often brings back the full menu.
