CISCO REST API for Call Control

Hi,
I am a PHP developer and need to integrate CISCO cloud system with our third party APP. I need to log all incoming and outgoing calls information in our third party APP. I have not found any stuff or helping material related to the call control API on internet. Can you please let me know it's possible or not through API?
If its possible then please send me some helping material or API documentation URL, I will be very thankful to you for your help.
