My team is understaffed. I don't have a lot of time to as I jump between problems. Thankfully, we do have Contracts and support for a lot of our essentials.
But I've spent about 3 months on an issue that had a very easy work around (reboot device) finally as I got a new TAC engineer they had pin pointed a big report that reflects my issue.
A fix/resolution is in place/planned and now I will spend less time on this issue when it occurs. Great.
But I not good at finding these bug reports. Do you guys have any tips on how you navigate the Cisco community to find issues directly related to your problem?
My search had found like 3 other big reports that could have been affecting me, all with different resolutions - am I just to go through each one slowly?
Man...how did I misspell bug so many times?!
