Lync getting disconnected when connected with anyconnect VPN client

Hi,

We are experiencing issues with Microsoft lync when connected through cisco secure anyconnect client.

The lync gets disconnected when connected through VPN. Also if VPN is connected when lync session is on, lync doesnt reconnect automatically.

We do not have any issues with Microsoft communicator.

Is this known issue with available solution?
