When the router has completely booted, is the card in slot1 recognized and working properly ? If the card is indeed working properly when the router is up, these messages are then problably linked to the boot image which does not recognize the card. You may simply to upgrade it to a release recognizing it.
If the card is not recognised or recognised but not working properly when the router is up, we might be looking to a bad card.

yes. the card in slot 1 can work after IOS has loaded.
but 7507 boot image has upgraded .
when there is this error message ,
