IOS Upgrade on Cisco 2921 Router

Hi All,

Currently, I am running "c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M2.bin" on Cisco 2921 Router.

Can I upgrade it to "c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.155-2.T2.bin"  or suggest me any stable version to upgrade the router.

The most recent "gold star" release is:

c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M4.bin

I would personally stick to well tested "gold star" releases unless you can't.
