IPM - Timeout action threshold?

Hi,

Is there a way to have an IPM operation timeout twice before sending a trap? I tried using "consecutive" under "threshold settings" and setting the count to 2 but no traps were generated.

Timeout traps are only generated when "enable timeout action" is ticked under the "availability settings" The problem is I want 2 timeouts to occur before a trap is sent...

Does anyone have any ideas?

After changing the threshold settings did you reinit the db or restart the server. Restarting should reflect the new settings.
