Determine CPLD Package Version

How do I determine the hardware package version from the CPLD Version output in Show Platform?  It shows version number 15010638 but the download packages do not have that number in their name such as isr-hw-programmables.03.15.03.S.155-2.S3-ext.SPA.pkg.

Looking further I discovered that you can download it into bootflash and run the 'show upgrade hw-programmable file bootflash:<filename>' command and it shows all the versions per platform:
