Failed to get the begining of the configuration file

Dear all,

we have a problem with RME3.4 configuration management. We are not able to get the running or startup configuration from some of our routers. The message is "Failed to get the begining of the configuration file". We strongly believe that there is no problem with passwords. Is that an known issue ? Does anyone have an idea how to solve that ?

Some versions of RME have a problem with pulling down configs with banner configured. If you have configured a banner too, try pulling down the config again with the banner removed.
