If HP has a problem with CDP and cisco switches will this cause devices on the HP's to lose connectivity> Will a CDP problem cause any problems like this?
Shouldn't.. My experience has been that Cisco and HP play well together. More recent code revisions on HP gear support CDP, but if you're unsure just disable cdp on the ports connected to the HP's..
