Utilizing Checkpoint F/W' VRRP Address, Switch does not source the MAC address of the F/W's VRRP Address. Is there any know problems with this model switch, because it works on our Cisco 2900 Switches.

Just a hunch, but try disabling spanning-tree on this interface.
