Hi,
I have confirmed from GNS3 site that it would not support images pertaining to above mentioned router series viz., 3800, 1800, 2900 which I have thought to setup for practicing CCIE Security lab.
Seems like I'm stuck in setting up the lab in GNS3. Could anyone let me know can we use other images in GNS3 (or any workaround) to test all features of above mentioned series that is required for lab exam.
Thanks in advance,
Sai

What features are you missing?
Have you considered using Cisco VIRL?

Hi Dath,
Thanks for your response.
Well, unfortunately my system doesn't support VIRL as it doesn't have minimum RAM required to setup.
Nevertheless, I have setup 7200 series on GNS3 to run my tests.
Btw, do you know any online sites providing rack rentals at good deal ?

Hi Dath,
Thanks for the response I shall check on it, also I came across ipexpert.com website for rack rentals.
With regards to CCIE lab exam - do you recommend any books for each topic which are listed below :
1.0 System Hardening and Availability
2.0 Threat Identification and Mitigation
3.0 Intrusion Prevention and Content Security
4.0 Identity Management
5.0 Perimeter Security and Services
6.0 Confidentiality and Secure Access

I normally just use the official Cisco Prep books.
