ACL length limits on 3660 router

My IDS currently is running about 235-240 entries in the ACL on the out internet 3660. How long can that ACL get before it starts to impact the performance of the router?

128 ACL entries per interface are supported on the 12000 GSR engine 1 line card. However i am not too sure if there is a limit on the number of ACL entries on the 3600. Check if there are high percentages in the show processes cpu command output and also if there is slow performance. This would indicate that the cpu is being overutilized.
