The ASA 5505 is past end-of sales and two generations old. The current closest equivalent would be a Firepower 1010. It can be easily setup as a small office firewall and managed via several options. The easiest management is to use the built-in Firepower Device Manager GUI. If you manage more than one or two of them you should consider cloud-based management (Cisco Defense Orchestrator - CDO).
The Firepower 1010 should be purchased with an Intrusion license subscription at a minimum for some good basic protection.
