ASA 5512 ver 9.8.4 and SFR 6.0.0 what problems will I get

Presently we have an ASA 5512-x running 9.4.2-6 and with SFR running 6.0.0

We have an open case with Cisco as the ASA reloads every day. TAC suggest upgrade to 9.8.4 but the means the SFR also would need upgrading to at least 6.1.0 So I started upgrading the FDMC from 6.0.0 to 6.0.1 as first step, but this got an error, and so far TAC have been unable to resolve this

So I have changed the SFR to 'Monitor-only'

so could I upgrade the ASA to 9.8.4 in this situation to stop the reloading of the ASA
