Blocking a Safe Website?

I am currently living on campus at BYU where they use Cisco web filters with their internet service. Recently for some reason three of the websites I'm the webmaster of are now blocked because they have somehow been flagged as malicious. I basically get the following error for all three websites:

Based on your corporate access policies, this web site ( http://vickiescreation.com/ ) has been blocked because it has been determined by Web Reputation Filters to be a security threat to your computer or the corporate network. This web site has been associated with malware/spyware.

Threat Type: Othermalware
Threat Reason: Hosted on IP controlled by a group or individual known to be malicious.

If you have questions, please contact your corporate network administrator and provide the codes shown below.

Notification codes: (1, MALWARE, Othermalware, Hosted on IP controlled by a group or individual known to be malicious., BLOCK-MALWARE, 0x0d46a2a0, 1309145483.008, QAAAAQAAAAAAAAAAFP8ACP8AAAD/AAAAAAAAAAAAAAE=, http://vickiescreation.com/)

The three websites are:

priceless-design.com

vickiescreation.com

superstarlights.com

I really cannot think of what's similar between these websites that would cause them to be blocked. Yes, I am using the same host for all three (byethost.com), but I have two other websites that also use the same host that aren't blocked. I have been using this host for a very long time and I'm confident that it's trustworthy. vickiescreation.com is actually still under construction and doesn't have very much content on it at all. Because I live on campus I am forced to use their internet all the time, and thus cannot access these websites from home. As you can imagine, this makes it very difficult to update websites that I can't view to ensure things have been uploaded correctly. I've contacted BYU's IT department to see if they could shed some light on the situation and was told that these websites were flagged beyond their control and there's really nothing they can do about it. They have no idea why they have been flagged as malicious and won't unblock them because it would "cause a threat to the network." I promise there isn't anything malicious on these websites, and if there is something, I'm fairly confident I can do something about it since I'm the webmaster.

This is the only place I thought to contact about this. If this isn't the place to ask, where should I ask?

Thank you in advance,

Sarah
