This kind of traffic is quiet difficult to block if it uses http or https on dynamic ports. But it will be possible with PIX OS 7.0 that will be available in march. PIX OS 7.0 will have advanced http inspection and I suppose that with that new feature ir will be possible to block that kind of traffic as it is possible on Routers with NBAR.
