After applying a new configuration file and rebooting a VPN3005 concentrator the system hangs while initializing. It cycles through boot process and restart every 10 sec. Is there a boot recovery strategy? Is it a hardware failure?

It produces the following console output before rebooting:

I am having the same problem. I have configured 70 LAN-to-LAN tunnels on one 3005 Concentrators and 60 on another, both producing the same error when rebooted. The only way to recover is to set everything to defaults and reconfigure. I am currently working with Cisco on this issue. At first they told me that the device didn't have enough memory to handle the load. However, after talking to pre-sales and questioning their advertising claims (All Cisco liturature claims that the VPN 3005 Concentrator will handle 100 LAN-to-LAN tunnels) I was escalated within TAC. I will let you know what I find out.
