Cisco ACS (version 5.8.1.4) doesn't apply new Configuration

Hi!

Please, I am actually using Cisco ACS (Version 5.8.1.4  SNS-3595) for device administration using TACACS. But since few week, I realized every configuration that I have applied on this device are not considered.

For example , I defined New Users, and also disable  some old users. I am able to see all new users I have defined in the users list with all account I have disable (in disabled status). But when I tried to access my network device, all newly defined username are not working but the OLD existing user can still successfully connect to my network nodes even if they are in "disable status" in ACS.

How can I explain that behavior ??  How should I Correct It??    I know that the node is actually out of support. is it related to that or it's a known Bug.

Thank !

Check the browser version that you are using vs. the release notes.

ACS had some odd behavior where using a non-supported browser appeared to allow you to make changes but the changes didn't actually get saved on the server.
