CISCO M380 WEB TRACKING ERROR

Hello,

We have a CISCO M380 proxy. When we try to go to WEB> REPORTING >web tracking  we get a message :

Application ERROR

Lost connexion to server.

Return to the default sceen.

Could someone please help us with this ?

restart server in order ti fix this issue.
