Hello,

I am having problems with configuring Cisco PRSM on ASA5512-SSD120-K9.

Here is the conf on ASA:

interface GigabitEthernet0/2

description LAN

nameif INSIDE

security-level 100

ip address 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.0

!

policy-map INSIDE-policy

class INSIDE-class

  cxsc fail-open

!

service-policy INSIDE-policy interface INSIDE

CX module details:

ASA-FW# show module cxsc details

Getting details from the Service Module, please wait...

Card Type:          ASA CX5512 Security Appliance

Model:              ASA CX5512

Hardware version:   N/A

Firmware version:   N/A

Software version:   9.1.1

App. name:          ASA CX

App. Status:        Up

App. Status Desc:   Normal Operation

App. version:       9.1.1

Data Plane Status:  Up

Status:             Up

Mgmt IP addr:       10.1.1.250

Mgmt Network mask:  255.255.255.0

Mgmt Gateway:       10.1.1.1

Mgmt web ports:     443

Mgmt TLS enabled:   true

And when i go to https://10.1.1.250 and login, it does not display any graph (see attached picture). The same happens when I click tabs "Policies", "Events". Only "Administraton" tab works ok, I can add new users or enter new licences. The same happens in all browsers.

Am I missing something obvious here? What could be the issue?

I see you're running 9.1.1. Is it possible for you to upgrade to the latest version?

I've found that Firefox works best, then Chrome. IE doesn't work at all for me. What browser are you using?

I am using Firefox. The same happend on Chrome. As you said, IE didn't work at all.

The problem is not related with browser or my PC (the same happened on other PCs).

Is there anything else that I should check, any other part of configuration except the one pasted above?

If I type:  "cxsc fail-close" instead of "cxsc fail-open" and shutdown CX module, then browsing is disabled for entire LAN 10.1.1.0/24 until CX becomes UP again - this means that service policy works correctly.

Any other ideas ?

I upgraded boot and system image to 9.2.1 and now it works. Thank you for your help!
