ciscosecurity2.4 cannot insert data into remote DB

My ciscosecurity2.4,NT with radius can not insert accounting info or failattemp info in to the remote sybase database.(threads have connect to database successfully)and I trace ODBC found there is SQLexecute error as "insert (logAT,.........) into accoutingtable (?,.........)"

But ? is not the valid data can be insert into table so this occors error.How to solve it?thanks
