CiscoWorks 2000

I just loaded CW2K NMS 1.0 on NT servers that exceed minimum requirements. After loading CD One, I still can't access ANI Server, even though it says it was installed. I click on CiscoView and the CiscoView page loads, but there's nothing behind it. Any idea why? Also, my "access_log" file logs every GET the Apache Web Server makes. After only a few minutes, it's well over 100M, exceeding the 30M alarm threshold. I'm using the Log Maintenance steps, but how do I get that script to run automatically instead of manually? Any recommendations?

We had almost same problem,

Go ahead and check the reverse DNS by using NSLOOKUP command for your server and devices. Reverse DNS has to work for order to ANI server to come up.

And,

make sure you have installed latest MSJAVA or MVM,

Without it , ANI server does not come up.
