CS-MARS not Working

when i i turn on my Cisco CS mars it stopped at shell mode like that : shell >

Could you please help me sort it out

trying to recovery with CS Mars Recovery image, download from cisco.com. burn into CD/DVD and then logging into bios and choosing boot from CD/DVD.

last option, contact TAC or RMA :p
