After installing a new CSA 4.0.3 agent on a Windows 2003 Standard server running Citrix, I got the following warning alert from the CSA agent anytime I tried to login:
The process 'M:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe' (process id 784) could not be dumped on the agent system. Please ensure that there is sufficient disk space on the agent on the drive which contains the agent installation. The dump file would be useful to distinguish true positives from false positives.
The server has plenty of disk space. When attempting to login, the server would accept my login then proceed to log off??? Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
