Hi Sir,
Currently i'm trying to install CSA Agent to connect to Cisco VMS.2.2 CSA MC. The agent is installed but it wont registered with MC, The agent knows the MC (VMS server) but on the registration date it says The CSA is not registered to any MC, and from the log file i found :

Please make sure that: 1. The agent's or the server's date-time is set accurately, and 2. The current CA cert that signed the server's cert is in the agent cfg directory?

Do i have to do something with the CA certificate?

check the CSAMC licenses. Do you have desktop licenses? do you have server licenses? What OS are you attempting to register?
