csa made administration server application failed?

dear sir,

We've an administration server that installed license manager application. It's sometihngs like active directory server.All client will need to access this server for polling the license..

The client host will failed to grab the license from license manager from the mentioned server after activate the csa installed at this server. Any idea?

Please advise.

You need to make a CSA rule to allow the clients to access the license manager on the server. Use the wizard to do this if you are unsure.

You should be seeing messages on the CSAMC denying access to the application if it is set to log.

If you do, use the wizard to create an exception for the application. That is the easiest way.
