CSA MC v4.0.3.720 install problem

I extract the files, run the verify_digests.exe successfully (no errors), read the CSA_4.0.3.readme file (requirements met), run setup.exe and the installation fails after the InstallShield extracts the files and starts the installation. The error messages i: "ERROR: InstalledShield Installation logfile is corrupt. Setup cannot proceed. Will abort now."

The CSAMC-Install.log file output:

I have downloaded the fcs-csamc-4.0.3.720-w2k-k9.zip file several times now. I have deleted the log file between attempts. TIA

If you have CSA running on the server, maybe stop the service when extracting the files and running setup?

Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried that too.
