CSA MSDE conversion to SQL Server 2000

What are the required steps to convert CSA from the MSDE to SQL Server 2000.

We are currently at 75 clients and have been informed that we will be expanding to 1000+. With only 75 clients the MSDE has filled up and caused the CSA MC Service to disable (another reason to convert).

We do not want to re-install the CSA MC as we have gone to great lengths to get our policies to there current level.

If anyone has istruction on converting from MSDE to SQL Server 2000. Please provide them.

I am not sure of exact steps, but you need to download Spk 3 for SQLServer 2000 from Microsoft
